After-Action Report/Improvement Plan Writer

Franklin Regional Council of Governments seeks a temporary after-action report/improvement plan writer to assist the nine acute care hospitals in western Massachusetts conduct an evaluation of their COVID-19 response activities. Duties include dissemination of an existing survey, collection and analysis of survey results, holding an after-action conference, and writing a complete after-action report/improvement plan by 6/30/22. Interviews with stakeholders is optional. Attendance at one virtual regional hospital meeting is required.

At least (A) three years of full time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative or managerial experience in public health, healthcare, public safety, emergency management, or public administration the major duties of which involved, program administration, program coordination, program planning and/or program analysis and HSEEP evaluation experience preferred, but equivalent education and experience may be substituted. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work.

Pay is $35/hr, negotiable, w/o benefits. Resume and cover letter by 3/11/22 or until filled to AA/EOE
